Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at the hotel, it's in an excellent location within James Street in Fortitude Valley, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern, clean, and had a fabulous view of the city. Service was fantastic, with friendly staff, but there was a slight hiccup with the receptionist. The dining experience was convenient at the adjoining cafe, although the menu was a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with fabulous sunset views and spacious, well-equipped bathrooms at excellent value compared to nearby luxury hotels. The location is fantastic for business travelers, surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, although cleanliness may need improvement. The dining experience is convenient, with wood-fired pizzas nearby, but the location's facilities and service could benefit from enhancements.
The hotel is situated in a great location near the James Street precinct, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms, while not very large, provide a nice and quiet atmosphere with great city views from the balcony. The service was overall helpful and efficient, with a slight issue of dust in the cleanliness. The dining experience may need improvement in terms of menu variety. The facilities are decent, providing what's needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, close to great restaurants and shops. The rooms were exactly like the pictures online, with nice amenities, but not suitable for a family stay. The service was inconsistent with helpful moments but also poor experiences. The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions but could use improvement in cleanliness. The dining experience offered a good selection but had some limitations. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
